Shipping Information
We offer international delivery to the destinations listed below but please note beds can only be shipped within NZ and Australia.
Other international destinations are available on request, contact us for a shipping quote.
Delivery timeframes
NEW ZEALAND: 1-2 working days after dispatch (+ extra 1-2 days for rural postcodes)
INTERNATIONAL: 3-9 working days after dispatch
Orders will be dispatched no later than one working day after payment has been received (weekends are not working days).
We cannot accept responsibility for items incorrectly addressed, as explained in our terms and conditions.
Tracking numbers and signatures
NEW ZEALAND:: Delivery is by courier, and a tracking number will be sent to you by email. All parcels require a signature upon delivery by default. If no-one is home the courier will advise re-delivery options. If you'd prefer not to sign upon delivery, select the relevant "No" box at checkout. However we cannot accept responsibility for items lost after they have been delivered to your nominated address.
INTERNATIONAL: Delivery is by air mail. In order to keep shipping rates low, no tracking number is provided and no signature is required on receipt.

Payment and tax for international orders
Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% will be deducted from listed prices at checkout.
All orders will be dispatched from our base in New Zealand and must be cleared by local customs as they enter your country. Depending on your location and the value of your order further taxes, customs duties/fees, or other import costs might be payable. Your local customs service will contact you to arrange payment of these amounts. These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
