Delivery timeframes
NEW ZEALAND : 1-2 working days after dispatch (allow extra day for rural deliveries)
INTERNATIONAL : 5-9 working days after dispatch
Orders will be dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment (weekends and public holidays are not working days).
We cannot accept responsibility for items incorrectly addressed, as explained in our terms and conditions.
Tracking numbers and signatures
NEW ZEALAND: Â Delivery is by courier, and a tracking number will be emailed to you. By default, no signature is required from the courier upon delivery. If you’d prefer to sign for delivery, select this option at checkout.
Under no circumstances can we accept responsibility for any items that go missing once they have been collected by our couriers. If the event an item goes missing we are happy to help you open an investigation case with the courier.
INTERNATIONAL: Delivery is by air mail. In order to keep shipping rates low, we offer a tracked, no signature service. If you prefer a signed for, or courier service, please email us for a quote.
Payment and tax for international orders
Where the shipping address is outside New Zealand, Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% will be deducted from listed prices at checkout.
Orders will be dispatched from our base in New Zealand and must be cleared by local customs as they enter your country. Depending on your location and the value of your order further taxes, customs duties/fees, or other import costs might be payable. Your local customs service will contact you to arrange payment of these amounts. These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
